Reservation, Payment and Cancellation Guidelines:

- A credit card number and working email are required to make all reservations.
- We will gladly reschedule* your date if notified no less than one week before your date of visit.
- “No shows” or cancellations with less than one week notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation cost.
- The remaining balance can be made on site at the time of arrival by cash, check, credit card or NYC Department of Education purchase order.
